All my yoga classes are designed to include yoga philosophy whilst building strength and flexibility within our bodies.
They include basic breath work and well-paced physical sequencing accessible to all. With the aim to bring balance between our mind, body and soul.
Every month we have a theme, and therefore the same sequence each week. This gives you the space to create autonomy in your practice.
Sessions are held in characterful independent businesses within Lymington, with small class sizes.
